The table illustrates provincial systems, not the full casino catalogue or a nationwide licence. Ontario and Alberta have separate current directories for private operators. BC, Manitoba and Saskatchewan each have a PlayNow arrangement, but they are different resident accounts.

Atlantic is not one casino market

Atlantic Lottery’s terms cover residents of four Atlantic provinces, yet its app explicitly limits casino games to New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Newfoundland and Labrador. Prince Edward Island residents can use other eligible lottery products; the casino entry here does not cover PEI.

Québec and the territories

Loto-Québec requires Québec residence and physical presence for Espacejeux. The Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut have their own lottery or charitable gaming frameworks. This edition does not list a verified local online-casino profile for those territories; a lottery or short charitable casino licence is not evidence of an online commercial casino.

How to use the selector

Use the province and territory rules in this guide before choosing a casino. A brand in our editorial comparison is not automatically authorized or available in every province. Check the regulator, exact operator site, age threshold and account location rules for where you live.

Questions, answered

Why is Prince Edward Island blank for casino?

Atlantic Lottery’s app lists casino games for NB, NS and NL, but excludes PE. Other PE lottery products are a separate question.

Does an empty territory result mean online gambling is illegal?

No. It means this editorial edition has no verified local online-casino profile for that territory.
